Don’t take the chord annotations too serious. Usually when I say “Em9”, I mean “Emadd9” (no seventh). The chords might also not be “music theory”-correct. Also.. I most often do not show key-changes (and the new chord relationship thereby created). Second to last: inversions are sometimes noted as X/Y.. but sometimes it means ‘chord1 over chord2’. Last: The tonic is most often not indicated (since I note the chords down before I arrange and set a base).
