Uninstalled_opencode

Haven’t counted.. but a week-and-a-half I have been using opencode.

Before I continue.. I must say: ‘Maybe not every tool is for everybody’.. and this tool was majorly not for me.

I tried and pretended all variants of interaction: beginer-coder, intermediate, expert. I pretended to be weak, strong; I pretended to be accusatory and hostile; submissive and self-extinguishing; pretended to be woke and MAGA.

My findings: (based on model Grok Fast Code 1)

It fails on all levels.

I could end the article here.. it just fails. But maybe I should explain a bit more.. How does it fail?

Among my tests where about ten programming challanges.. from very simple to.. somewhat advanced.
AI could not perform in ANY.

Either it got stuck in testing irrelevant things over and over.. or produced code that didn’t perform.

Grok has a tendency to call you “frustrated”. If you use CAPITAL letters in one word.. you are stamped: “frustrated”: “The user seems frustrated…”
When trying for the 18:th time to make an AI understand: “Do not touch file A.. but scan file B using the rules in file C” and having responses like:

“Perfect! File A is now completed!”

It might make you hold down the shift-key a bit.

No code AI wrote was good. No answer AI came up with was correct.

I uninstalled.. because.. for some reason.. the interaction was a poison I understood could make me an addict. I could have been sucked into this weird world where nothing was real..

Final thoughts: Leave this shit alone.. it will not help you. It might harm you.
